Soucy Holding is a privately owned company that was founded in 1978 by Mr. Gilles Soucy.

As of January 1, 2005, the Soucy Group employs 1,300 people in its 7 manufacturing plants in North America and Europe.  The Soucy Group is made up of 6 distinct companies.  As a highly diversified company, Soucy designs, engineers and manufactures a wide variety of components for Original Equipment Manufacturers in the powersport, industrial, agricultural and defence industries.
